Pure Deco, this mantle clock works, the peacocks on either side swivel and are mounted on marble (one has been repaired, not visible), and is 22 1/2"L, 3 1/2"D, 10"H. The clock face swivels open, and is layered marble, outer rim one color, inner rim another. There are two small chips to the black marble base, one on each front corner (see pictures). Even with these signs of wear, this is a dramatic and classic example of Deco at its best...and remember, the peacocks swivel so you can change the look when you want to. Believe the peacocks to be base metal.
