World renown clothing designer of the 50's,60's is so well respected as an American designer, her clothes are being collected by the Metropolitan Museum,other institutions as well as serious individual collectors of fashion.. This suit is classic in design, in excellent condition and is for a permanent collection or for the private collector who treasures collectibles in wearable condition. Short jacket sports an elastic waistband in the back, shawl collar, pockets on either side and leather closings with fantastic buckles. Skirt is straight sheath with slits to assist in walking.Fabric is 100% wool hound's tooth in a black and brown cololration. Size about an 8. Art Deco Carved Pink Quartz Pendant mounted completely in a hand made 14K gold(tested) setting with original solid gold bale as an added accent. This carving is as charming as it is masterful and the color of this fantastic stone will take you breath away. This color will enhance any skin tone as it is so soft and elegant. All the ancient manuscripts and literary documents refer to pink as such.This pear shaped marvel measures a generous 2 1/2" (with bale) and 1 1/2" at it's widest part. Art Deco reigns supreme in this strong and charming example of a pure Deco design. Royal and lucky red fuschia rubies (5) have been masterfully set in a channel setting and then flanked by about 24 single cut diamonds, brilliant in color, quality and clarity..All mounted into an 18K white gold setting and then an interior mount was added so that the ring has added flexability and can actually size a bit up or down. Ring is about 5 1/2 to 6 1/4 and could easily be resized. Will look great on any hand and even looks amazing as a pinky ring.

Susan has taken this classic Platinum Diamond Bow lavaliere set with 27 old cut European Diamonds approx 1.20 ct. Circa 1910 and restyled this to be worn with either a cord, leather or fabric or with a ball chain so popular today. This piece was clearly hand made and so divinely executed even the arms of the bow articulate completely. Can be worn high around the neck or lower to fit over a sweater or even with an open shirt.
